guarantee payment for device prescribed. |
Our office staff will verify coverage for your specific device
and inform you as to whether we will be able to bill your
insurance directly. We are also a member of POINT Health Centers
of America, which may be listed as a provider with your insurance
carrier. You will also be notified of any balance due at the
time of delivery of the device.
You may also need to bring one or more
of the following:
- Gym shorts for castings or fittings
- Comfortable shoes to be used with your orthotic or prosthetic
device
- Any such device you have been using
- Loose fitting garments and a white t-shirt for back brace
fittings.
If you have any questions about your visit, please contact
